We kindly ask you to be punctual for your appointment time. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable time with your provider. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to perform your treatment during the remaining time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment and charge the cancellation fee.

Please note that if you no show or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a $100 fee will be charged to the credit card on file per treatment booked.

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or gift certificates. Refund requests on pre-paid packages will result in the form of a credit.
We do not offer refunds on products, however, defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product.
